After improvements were made the home was sold for more than $300,000 over the asking price.  The improvements suggested and implemented by Kasteena provided a very high return on investment.

A family Kasteena was working with purchased this home, which had been on the market for 125 days at the time. After living in the home for less than a year, the family needed to move. Although they had not lived there long, Kasteena recommended improvements with a total cost of $50,000. Once the suggested improvements were completed, the home received multiple offers within days and sold for asking price. Kasteena’s clients netted a total of $450,000 from a capital investment of $50,000.
